Housekeeping Supervisor / Guest Relations Officer

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations across assigned properties to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet company standards. Coordinate with housekeeping staff to schedule and inspect cleaning tasks. Welcome guests during check-in and assist with smooth check-outs. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, or requests. Conduct property inspections before guest arrivals to ensure readiness. Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and report maintenance issues. Drive to properties as needed to oversee staff, deliver items, or meet guests.

Requirements:

Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or hospitality/guest relations. Valid UAE Driver's License (mandatory). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage staff effectively. Customer-oriented mindset with a professional appearance. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
