Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Guest Relations Officer
for our real estate company in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients with property and hospitality services. Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs. Provide information on properties, investments, and local services. Maintain guest records and ensure top service standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in guest relations, real estate, or hospitality. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
