Welcome and assist clients with property and hospitality services.
Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs.
Provide information on properties, investments, and local services.
Maintain guest records and ensure top service standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in guest relations, real estate, or hospitality.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Arabic proficiency is a plus.
