Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Manage reservations and seating to maximize guest satisfaction and service flow.
Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Supervise and train front-of-house/reception staff on guest service standards.
Maintain guest records and preferences to provide personalized experiences.
Support marketing and customer loyalty initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure all guest areas meet company standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
guest relations, front-of-house, or hospitality management
(preferably in restaurants).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle guest concerns with tact and diplomacy.
Proficiency with restaurant booking systems (e.g., OpenTable, ResDiary, SevenRooms) is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A proactive, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
