Guest Relation Hostess

As a Guest Relation Hostess you are responsible to give warm welcome to the guest with efficient services according to the hotel standards.

What you will be doing:

Offer constantly professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
Be available for guests at all times
Maintain effective communication with all related departments
Deal promptly, efficiently and pleasantly with any queries
Establish, promote and maintain good public relations and enhances sales for the hotel at every opportunity
Follow company brand standards

Your experience and skills include:

Minimum 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
Fluency in English; additional languages(Arabic) are a plus.
