Support sales and marketing teams in client coordination and appointment scheduling.
Manage guest feedback and escalate concerns to relevant departments for resolution.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
