Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Guest Relations Executive to join our front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of hospitality and leaves a lasting impression. Your role will be key in delivering personalized service, handling inquiries, and maintaining guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special occasions to enhance personalized service.
Assist in planning and executing VIP experiences, events, and promotions.
Monitor guest satisfaction and provide reports or suggestions to management for service improvement.
Promote the restaurant's brand values through exceptional hospitality and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Familiarity with reservation and CRM systems is a plus.
Multilingual skills are advantageous.
Experience in luxury hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
