Position: Guest relation executive
Job Location: Ajman
Candidate MUST be in UAE
Job Type: Full time
MUST be a native arabic speaker
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival; ensure smooth check-in and check-out.
Act as main point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure apartments meet high standards.
Conduct inspections before arrival and after departure.
Provide local recommendations and support to guests and necessary stay information.
Report incidents, damages, or operational issues to management.
Assist with reservation coordination and respond to guests on booking platforms.
Support onboarding of newly acquired apartments.
Maintain relationships with property owners; represent the company.
Requirements
o Experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer service, or sales is preferred.
o Energetic and Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Professional appearance and positive attitude.
o Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
o Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Fluency in English & Arabic
o Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when needed.
o Valid UAE driving license + CAR
Salary AED 6000-7000 + Fuel allowences + standard benefits as per UAE law
