What you'll bring You'll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.You have a strong organizational and analytical skills.Detail-oriented. Proven skills to motivate, influence and support a large user base. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, particularly those senior of their position.Technically proficient; readily able to understand and learn new technologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities with ease. You have a proven ability to analyze complex data, recommend improvement strategies and communicate and train at all levels in the practical application of statistical methods and tools.Previous operational experience within the hospitality industry. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics. Understanding of Opera, HotSOS, Delphi, Go Concierge, Spa Soft is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Excel. Project Management skills.Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service and business ethic.Fluent in English. French and/or Italian is an advantage.
