Set to open in Q4 2022, InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi, will consist of total 130 units, most one of them with the breathtakingly views of the beach with spacious balconies, while remaining overlook the marvelous city of Abu Dhabi. InterContinental Residences has a private beach front with more than 30 sun loungers, outdoor Jacuzzi, kids pool and the gym facility with the latest technology. Guests will enjoy an array of food and beverage facilities with an indoor/outdoor all day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, in room dining and pool bar. Likewise, conventional meeting facilities and underground parking.
As a Guest Experience Supervisor your role will be supporting the day-to-day running of Front Office Department by welcoming guests, answering calls, handling inquiries and delivering excellent guest experience.
Ideal candidate should have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: Minimum two year of experience in Front Office or similar in a 5* hotel and/or resort. Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible Shift
