Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, professional, and experienced Guest Experience Manager / Holiday Home Host to join our fast-growing team. This person will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. From welcoming guests and handling inquiries to solving problems and setting up properties, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs professionally and punctually
Respond quickly and effectively to guest inquiries, complaints, and issues
Solve problems calmly and creatively, turning challenges into positive experiences
Oversee property setup, staging, and presentation--ensuring spaces are photo-ready and functional
Collaborate with the operations and cleaning teams to maintain property standards
Coordinate minor maintenance issues, deliveries, and troubleshooting on-site
Provide local insights and concierge-style recommendations to guests
Ensure each property reflects the brand's identity and delivers on luxury, comfort, and functionality
Track guest feedback and support continuous improvement in service delivery
Maintain inventory of essentials and restock when necessary
Prepare welcome kits, signage, and personal touches for VIP arrivals
Support onboarding of new properties into the portfolio with interior setup assistance
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years experience in hospitality, hotel management, or the short-term rental/holiday home industry
Proven track record of guest service excellence and problem resolution
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Valid UAE driving license with own car (essential)
Strong knowledge of Dubai neighborhoods, tourist hotspots, and cultural etiquette
Confident using basic tech tools, booking platforms, and messaging systems
Familiar with Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA guest standards
Eye for interior design and space optimization is a strong advantage
Creative thinker with attention to detail, able to add thoughtful touches and innovate on the go
Reliable, trustworthy, and highly organized with the ability to multitask
Energetic and fun personality who genuinely enjoys hosting and making people feel special
