Guest Experience Manager

to join our operations team.

Job Overview

As the Guest Experience Manager, you will be the face of the company--personally welcoming guests, managing a portfolio of luxury apartments, and ensuring each unit operates flawlessly. From check-in to check-out, you will be responsible for creating seamless guest experiences, maintaining apartment standards, and coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

Coordinate guest arrivals, provide check-in instructions, and greet guests in person Ensure smooth, timely check-ins and check-outs Deliver warm, professional service and collect guest feedback Proactively handle guest concerns and ensure satisfaction Maintain excellent guest ratings through attentive service

Portfolio & Property Management

Manage a designated portfolio of holiday home apartments Conduct regular inspections to ensure everything is in perfect condition Coordinate with internal teams for cleaning, maintenance, and inventory management Work closely with building management for access arrangements and guest facilitation Ensure all amenities are present and up to standard before guest arrivals

Operational & Team Coordination

Schedule and monitor housekeeping and maintenance work Report issues and follow up on resolutions with internal and external partners Maintain accurate records of check-ins, check-outs, inventory, and damages

Requirements

UAE Driving License is mandatory; having a car is highly preferred Based in Dubai and familiar with the city's areas and lifestyle Fluent in English; other languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management is preferred Comfortable using basic tech tools (MS Office, property management systems, etc.)
