We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized
Receptionist
to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm welcome and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company/services
Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Support administrative team as needed
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year
of experience in a
Receptionist
or
Guest Relations
role
Home country experience also accepted
Fluent in Tagalog
and good command of English
Presentable and professional appearance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Customer service mindset and a positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
