Wash, sort, peel, and cut guavas as per production requirements
Prepare guava paste/pulp using approved recipes and methods
Operate basic food processing equipment (grinders, boilers, mixers, etc.)
Monitor cooking/processing time, temperature, and consistency
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of work area and equipment
Follow food safety, quality, and health regulations
Assist in packaging and labeling of finished products
Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to the supervisor
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of food preparation or food processing
Ability to follow instructions and standard recipes
Understanding of hygiene and safety practices
Physically fit to stand for long periods
Prior experience in food production is an advantage
