Working with circle.cloud, Minimal develops and runs the technology and marketing systems that power We UC, our in-house unified communications platform. This platform helps thousands of businesses connect, collaborate, and grow.

We're now expanding our marketing team and are looking for a

GTM Engineer

- someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and AI.

The Opportunity

This is a specialist role for someone who loves combining technical GTM engineering with creative marketing execution. You'll set up advanced email and LinkedIn campaigns, design automation workflows, and use AI tools to create high-performing outreach systems.

You'll also have the chance to contribute creatively - writing copy, designing campaigns, and refining our brand voice. It's a role for someone who wants to take real ownership of impactful campaigns in a fast-growing business.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing, setting up, and running advanced cold email outreach campaigns Running LinkedIn outreach campaigns with automation and personalisation Writing engaging copy for campaigns, ads, and outreach messages Creating strong design assets using modern tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) Building and automating workflows that connect data sources, enrichment APIs, and CRM updates Leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and more) to scale content, personalisation, and automation Using automation tools (e.g. N8N) to build and manage advanced marketing workflows Experimenting with new GTM tools (Clay, Apollo, Zapier, Phantombuster, etc.) and making them work together Collaborating with the marketing team to translate GTM strategy into execution Documenting playbooks and systems that scale with the business

What We're Looking For

Proven track record running modern email marketing campaigns (must have examples of results) Strong copywriting and design skills - you know how to grab attention and convert Comfort with technical marketing tools (APIs, integrations, webhooks, automations) Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Canva, Claude/ChatGPT, Apollo, N8N, Zapier, LinkedIn automation tools Highly self-motivated and self-taught - you've learned much of your craft through initiative and experimentation Commercially minded - you understand not just how to run campaigns, but why they matter for growth Excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between technical systems and business strategy
