GSC Risk and Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an effective risk management and compliance framework, ensuring strong governance and regular monitoring. Lead periodic risk assessments, update risk registers, and report on key risk indicators to track program performance. Promote a strong risk and compliance culture through training and proactive risk identification. Ensure Supply Chain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including customs, trade, tariffs, and cross-border requirements. Conduct supplier due diligence and audits and develop policies and procedures to ensure ethical, legal, and contractual compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's in business administration, Risk Management, Supply Chain, or related field 8+ years of experience in Risk Management with deep knowledge of supply chain regulations, trade, customs, tariffs, and risk frameworks. Skilled in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data-driven risk reporting (Excel, Power BI). * Strong communicator and proactive leader.
