Position Overview:
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants (GSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and impeccable environment. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the established standard.
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are stocked with amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean windows and mirrors.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in the appropriate manner.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Ensure all equipment is properly handled and stored.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart and storage closets.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping role within a hotel or residential facility is preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Good physical health, with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
