Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, and promotions.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B) to fulfill guest requests.
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all information is up to date.
Assist in handling room changes, late check-outs, early arrivals, and special requests.
Manage cash handling and billing procedures accurately.
Promote upselling of rooms, packages, or hotel services where applicable.
Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean and well-organized.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and security procedures in accordance with hotel policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
