Job Responsibilities:
Perform GRP lamination, fabrication, and finishing work.
Repair and maintain fiberglass components (tanks, pipes, panels, etc.).
Read and follow technical drawings or instructions.
Conduct surface preparation, sanding, polishing, and gel coat application.
Ensure safety and quality standards on all tasks.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in GRP/Fiberglass work.
Skilled in lamination, cutting, sanding, and repairs.
Ability to read simple drawings and follow instructions.
Physically fit and able to work in industrial or outdoor environments.
Experience in marine or construction GRP work is a plus.
