Responsibilities: - Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to increase market share and drive customer acquisition. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. - Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. - Optimize conversion rates and customer journeys through continuous testing, analysis, and optimization of marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives. - Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging growth marketing trends, and apply best practices to enhance our marketing strategies. Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or in a similar role, driving customer acquisition and increasing market share. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with the specialty coffee industry or a passion for coffee is a plus.
