Key Responsibilities
Funnel Optimization:
Analyze and optimize the "Pirate Funnel" (AARRR) to identify bottlenecks where we are losing potential customers.
Rapid Experimentation:
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across various channels (landing pages, ad copy, email sequences, and product onboarding).
Channel Management:
Manage and scale 1-2 key growth channels (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Search, LinkedIn Outbound, or Content Marketing) within a set budget.
Data Analysis:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC (Cost Per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value), and Retention Rates using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or HubSpot.
Content & Creative Coordination:
use tools (like Canva/AI tools) to quickly produce high-converting ad creative and landing page copy.
Growth Strategy:
Develop a roadmap of growth hypotheses and prioritize them based on the
ICE framework
(Impact, Confidence, Ease).
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
3+ years
of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
Analytical Mindset:
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and analytics platforms to draw actionable insights.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with the modern marketing tech stack (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CRM automation, and A/B testing tools like Optimizely or VWO).
Full-Funnel Thinking:
Understanding that marketing doesn't end at the "click"--you care about activation and retention.
Self-Starter:
Since this is a part-time role, you must be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
