Work closely with clients to understand their event vision, needs, and expectations. Coordinate all aspects of event planning including timelines, banquet setups, AV requirements, menus, decor, and logistics. Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal hotel departments (Banquets, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, etc.) Prepare detailed event orders (BEOs), floor plans, and function summaries. Assist with on-site event management to ensure smooth execution and exceptional guest experience. Support the sales team with event proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.


Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination in a luxury hotel, event venue, or hospitality setting. Experience handling weddings, corporate events, or high-profile gatherings is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Attention to detail and a creative mindset for crafting memorable guest experiences Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
