RESPONSIBLE TO: Director of Operations, Owners
GENERAL PURPOSE: To oversee local project management teams and supervise new restaurant projects from project start through to opening. To always hold responsibility for the project timeline and budget, able to guide team members and deal with any urgent matters regarding new projects. All work is carried out in-line with the departmental business plan, and The Group corporate guidelines, and project management principles.
MAIN DUTIES: TO CONTROL THE SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT OF NEW RESTAURANTS PROJECTS IN SAUDI ARABIA. TO BE FULLY COMMITED TO THE SUCCESS OF THE BUSINESS AND THE GROUP.
