About the Role
We are seeking a
Group Media & PR Manager
who will be the driving force behind the visibility and reputation of both the Rockstar Group and its CEO. You will be responsible for securing strategic media placements across
TV, radio, print, podcasts, and digital channels
, while also shaping our public presence and leading high-profile brand activations and PR stunts.
This is a high-exposure, high-accountability position -- ideal for someone who has already operated at the top of their industry and is now seeking to leave a legacy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute media relations for the Rockstar Group of companies and its CEO, across all platforms
Pitch and secure high-impact features in national and international
TV, radio, editorial, and podcast media
- as well as speaking engagements for the CEO.
Maintain and expand a powerful media network in the UAE and global markets
Lead
PR stunt ideation and execution
with measurable outcomes
Write press releases, editorial features, and speaker bios
Launch and manage our brand new podcast
'Behind the Rockstar'
. To secure high-calibre guests, manage production schedules, and ensure brand alignment
Build and execute quarterly
PR campaigns
with clearly defined KPIs
Ensure the
digital presence of the CEO and brand
is optimised, consistent, and cutting-edge
Collaborate with our videographer for cohesive media output
Monitor media performance and reporting (earned coverage, sentiment, reach)
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years
experience in PR, media relations, or executive visibility roles
A portfolio of
national or international media placements
Established connections in
UAE media
and global press circles
World-class writing and messaging skills
Experience managing or launching a podcast is a plus
PR stunt or viral campaign experience a strong advantage
Thrives under pressure, deadline-focused, and detail-obsessed
Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate)
