Reporting into the Logistics Director for the group you will essentially be his 2IC.
The organization has experienced a 29% uplift in turnover & awarded work over the past 12 Months so this is a strategic appointment to help support further growth and future success of the business as they head into new sectors and geographical areas.
This Group is made up of 6 Divisions all with independent P&L and business targets. However as an organization they all pull together for strategic bids and project success as they are one of the few genuine organizations in the UAE that can offer clients a one stop shop so to speak. These offering enable them to control risk and also offer clients cost certainty and comfort for a quality end product and service throughout the life cycle from bid to handover.

This hiring Director expects you to be able to client face, manage a team, create innovative traffic management plans, logistics plans and create and amend suitable delivery models to support success on site. He is expecting this person to demonstrate experience on Multi Million Projects and Joint Ventures ideally.
Before Applying
- Clear experience as a Group Logistics Manager Lead be that company post or regional
- Clear Major Project experience across Build or Civils

- Strong communicator and able to hold the room when presenting to management or clients
