The Role
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on global strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization\'s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities - Plan, develop, and oversee the implementation of our company\xe2\x80\x99s international HR strategies - Create HR programs and policies and ensure they are successfully implemented and adhered to in all the branches of the company - Ensure HR strategies, plans, and programs, are in accordance with international employment laws and regulations. Mainly U.A.E, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Switzerland - Supervise and lead our corporate HR staff and provide advice, support, and leadership to HR teams in various branches of the company - Counsel senior team members about HR-related matters - Create onboarding programs and processes for new hires - Handle communications with global HR team members - Conduct performance management

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment of international candidates - In-depth knowledge of international employment law and regulations - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration - 5+ years of experience as a Global HR Manager or a similar role - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems [LinkedIn Seek, or similar ones] - Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills - Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
