\xe2\x80\x8bCharterhouse are conducting a search for a regional family group who is searching for a Senior Management level Health, Safety, Security and Environment professional to hire into its corporate office in Dubai.

About the role
As the Group HSSE Manager, you will ensure all newly created HSE program initiatives are compliant with international HSSE accreditation and regulations. This senior role will oversee the development and implementation of ISO best practices within the group, collaborating with designated project teams, assuring all employees are aware of and comply with HSE rules, regulations, work practices and procedures.

Simultaneously, you will look to leverage the group-wide strategic focus set on environmentally and sustainability friendly practices, such as recycling, re-use of products and the use of sustainable equipment.

The Group HSSE Manager will have ownership of conducting approved ISO Audits to ensure divisional management is aware of requirements, standards, new products, best practices etc, to meet certification standards.

About you
The client is looking to identify a senior qualified management professional with a minimum of 12 years\' experience in HSSE programs and procedures implementation, with at least 6-8 years working in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Real Estate or Catering industry sector. In conjunction, the client will look for an individual who is a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CHI), with ISO auditor accreditation - ISO 450001/2018 (OCH), ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001.

Essentially, you will be able to demonstrate a strong track-record of directing and providing HSSE program initiatives across a large group, blue chip company or family holding company, through excellent verbal and written communication.
