The Group Head - Distribution will oversee and lead the distribution operations across all GCC markets, driving strategic partnerships, optimizing logistics performance, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple countries. This leadership position plays a critical role in expanding Group's regional distribution footprint and ensuring efficient supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead the distribution division across all operating countries within the GCC.
Develop and execute strategic distribution plans aligned with the Group's business objectives.
Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with leading brands to expand distribution channels.
Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
Optimize logistics and warehouse management processes to achieve cost and service excellence.
Monitor regional market trends and develop growth strategies for new and existing territories.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews for all distribution operations.
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, trade policies, and company standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop distribution teams across multiple countries for performance excellence.
Travel across GCC countries to oversee operations, strengthen partnerships, and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in managing multi-country distribution networks, preferably across the GCC region.
Demonstrated success in developing strategic brand partnerships and vendor management.
Strong understanding of trade regulations, import/export procedures, and regional compliance requirements.
Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management software.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Readiness to travel frequently across GCC countries as part of business operations.
