We are currently in search of a Finance Manager to oversee our accounting team. The perfect candidate will handle several essential duties, such as Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Receivable, VAT, Corporate Tax Compliance, Management of the Accounts Team, Salary Payroll and Bank Compliance. Candidates must have demonstrated experience as an Accounts Manager or in a comparable position, high proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel, a solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations, as well as strong communication skills and team leadership experience.

This role requires someone detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling multi-company accounts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Minimum 5+ years of experience in UAE with accounting certified degree Highly Qualified on Audit, VAT, corporate tax and directly reporting to the MD Handling Accounts team and overlooking the reconciliations and oversee accounting team Well versed in Tally, journal entries, receivables handling, petty cash handling Excellent communication and negotiation skills with vendors is mandatory skill required to support the role Collaborate with departmental heads and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks. Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions. Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders. Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them Reconciliations of bank and various online portal accounts. Create daily reports for management and team members including profit and Loss statement, Cash flow, Receivable report Handle

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
