sectors across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a
qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, and business partnering in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the finance and accounts teams across multiple business units within the group.
Develop and oversee financial strategies to ensure the group's financial health and alignment with growth objectives.
Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
Supervise budgeting, cost control, and financial planning processes across all entities.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other local financial/legal requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
Oversee internal controls, risk management, and policy development.
Review and improve financial systems, procedures, and reporting structures.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Monitor project costing, job profitability, and working capital efficiency, especially within construction and interior design divisions.
Manage and optimize relationships with suppliers, clients, and key stakeholders to support commercial objectives.
Drive digital transformation in finance through ERP systems and process automation.
Key Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA)
qualification is mandatory.
Minimum
10 years of progressive experience
in finance roles, with at least
5 years in a leadership capacity
within the UAE.
Proven experience in
Interior Fit-Out, Construction, and Building Material Trading
industries.
In-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and compliance.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.
