Group Finance Manager
Job Description
Role Overview: Lead the financial strategy and operations across GCC markets. Drive business growth through strategic planning, financial optimization, and robust governance. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (corporate tax, VAT, and audits). Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks. Provide actionable insights through financial reporting and MIS. Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance business performance. Build and mentor high-performing finance teams. Qualifications: CA/ACCA or equivalent certification. At least 5 years in senior financial leadership roles. Expertise in SAP systems and financial analytics. Strong track record in FMCG/Retail/Wholesale industries.
