Job Description

A diversified business with operations in Food & Beverage (F&B), is seeking a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations with integrity, insight, and strategic vision.

Scope of Work

The Finance Manager will direct and manage the group's end-to-end financial functions, including accounting, planning, budgeting, treasury, risk, VAT, corporate taxation, and financial systems. Reporting to the business heads, this role will provide critical financial insight to drive business growth, streamline operations, and ensure financial compliance across F&B operations, and other business. The position also requires leading the finance team, SOP, implementing strong internal controls, policies, and delivering reliable financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, taxation (VAT & Corporate Tax), and internal controls. Drive financial strategy, cost control, and performance analysis across F&B, and other business. Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE tax laws, and manage audits, reporting, and financial risk. Oversee ERP systems (Dynamics, SAPAAD), franchisee invoicing, and cash flow management. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team and develop robust SOPs and dashboards.
Qualifications:

CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent. 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in a managerial finance role in the F&B sector. Strong command of IFRS, UAE tax regulations, ERP systems, and financial controls.
