Job Description
An opportunity to shape the future of how food is produced, distributed, and consumed. You\'ll develop and implement strategic initiatives, oversee diverse business units, and drive efficiency and effectiveness across the entire organisation.
- Craft and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead and oversee the activities of various business units, fostering collaboration and achieving synergy.
- Champion continuous improvement, identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives and optimising operational processes.
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to translate strategy into successful execution and achieve organisational goals.
- Seasoned COO or similar executive level experience, proven to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated background in one or more of the following sectors: agriculture, food distribution, or food retail.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and building strong relationships.
