We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Group CFO
to oversee the financial operations across the group at a corporate and international level. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, and will play a key part in driving the financial strength, growth, and long-term success of the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Group's overall financial strategy, planning, and management across all entities and international offices.
Oversee
cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning
to ensure the Group's financial stability and growth.
Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with the Group's expansion plans and risk appetite.
Manage and monitor
financial exposure, assets, and liabilities
across all business units.
Provide financial leadership on major capital projects, developments, and acquisitions.
Implement robust financial controls, policies, and governance across the Group.
Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team on long-term strategic planning and decision-making.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team across geographies, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax frameworks, and reporting requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven track record as a
Group CFO / Finance Leader
within real estate, property development, or a related industry.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
, ideally with international exposure.
Strong expertise in
cash flow management, forecasting, investments, and asset management.
Solid understanding of corporate finance, financial risk, capital structuring, and treasury functions.
Demonstrated ability to work at Group level with multiple subsidiaries and international branches.
Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
