Job summary:

The

Chief Financial Office (CFO)

will be responsible for overseeing all financial health, and providing strategic financial leadership. The CFO will work closely to the Chairman, CEO, and senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the group's business goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead the overall financial strategy for the group, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for all group companies. Manage the finance, accounting, tax, and treasury functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Provide strategic planning insights to support decision-making and long-term growth initiatives. Develop and implement financial controls, risk management strategies, and governance processes. Oversee cash flow management, investment, strategies, and capital structure decisions. Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to Chairman and CEO.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in FInance, Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in a senior financial leadership role in UAE, ideally within a group or multi-business environment. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance requirements. Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to manage comlez financial operations across multiple businesses and regions.
