A high-end, Levant, casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai
:
- Prepare and grill various types of meats, vegetables, and other foods.
- Marinate meats and prepare food items in advance.
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and consistency according to recipes
- Keep consistency in the taste and appearance of grilled items to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation,
- Keep the grill and surrounding area clean and organized, following all health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation.
