Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook shawarma, kebabs, and related menu items to meet quality and presentation standards.
Operate and maintain grilling and rotisserie equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared according to recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
Monitor portion sizes and control food waste while maintaining quality.
Assist in training junior kitchen staff on shawarma preparation and cooking techniques.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service timelines and customer expectations.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Culinary certification preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shawarma or grill preparation in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of shawarma cooking techniques, marinades, and flavor profiles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and hygiene standards.
Arabic speaking candidates preferred
