Job Description
We are urgently in need of Grill Chef (CDP) with strong expertise in both Arabic grills and Continental grilled dishes, including steaks and mixed grills, along with practical butchery knowledge
.The role also requires familiarity with Continental main course preparation and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
Job Responsibilities:
Focus on Arabic and Continental Grill Section of company's Central Kitchen Prepare, season, and cook grilled dishes in line with established recipes and quality standards. Perform butchery tasks including trimming, portioning, and marination. Ensure proper storage and handling of meat and seafood products. Maintain HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and daily operations. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in grill and butchery techniques. Assist in the preparation of Continental main courses and side dishes as required.

Salary: AED4,000 up to 6,500 depending on experience (Food and Accommodation will be provided by the company)

Experience:
