Job Description

Responsibilities



Prepare and grill meats, seafood, and vegetables according to menu specifications. Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grill and kitchen area at all times. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures in compliance with UAE regulations. Assist in food preparation, storage, and inventory management. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Monitor grill equipment and report any maintenance needs. Support the Head Chef in menu development and daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Grill Chef, Line Cook, or similar role in a restaurant or hotel kitchen. Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and different cuts of meat. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and food presentation. Understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene standards. Team player with good communication skills. Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent preferred.

Working Conditions



Duty Hours:

9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE Labor Law.

Accommodation:

Provided (shared or single, depending on designation).

Transport:

Not required - workplace is within walking distance from accommodation.

Nationality:

Open to all nationalities.

Location:

Bahia, Abu Dhabi.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
