Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Fish Grill Chef
who specializes in preparing and grilling a variety of seafood dishes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marination techniques, grilling temperatures, and seafood handling..
Key Responsibilities:
lean, scale, gut, fillet, and portion different types of fish. Marinate fish using appropriate spices, herbs, oils, and sauces to enhance flavor. Grill fish using charcoal, open flame, or electric grills, ensuring the right temperature and cooking time. Ensure fish is grilled to the correct texture -- crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Plate and present grilled fish attractively, with appropriate garnishes and side items. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grill station and follow food safety standards. Ensure proper storage and handling of fish to maintain freshness (cold chain practices). Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. May assist in menu development or daily specials involving grilled seafood.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5years of experience as a Fish Grill Chef or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of seafood varieties and grilling techniques. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Familiarity with hygiene, HACCP, and food safety regulations. Good communication and teamwork skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
