Grill Chef
Job Description
We are hiring:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grilling techniques, with the ability to prepare a variety of grilled dishes, including meats, ,and vegetables, to perfection. As a Grilled Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and taste in all grilled menu items while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
We are hiring below listed positions:
Proven experience as a Grilled Chef, BBQ Chef, or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment.
Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, temperature control, and seasoning.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and a busy kitchen environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy items.
Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to restaurant standards and customer preferences.
Operate and maintain grilling equipment, including charcoal, gas, or electric grills.
Monitor food preparation and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
