Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pakistani Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing traditional Pakistani grilled dishes such as Seekh Kebabs, Chicken Tikka, Malai Boti, Beef Boti, and other BBQ items with authentic flavors. You will be responsible for marinating, grilling, and presenting dishes to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, marinate, and grill a variety of Pakistani BBQ dishes. Ensure all food items are cooked and presented according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area. Monitor food stock and supplies; communicate needs to the kitchen manager. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Operate grills, ovens, tandoors, and other kitchen equipment safely. Assist in creating and testing new menu items or seasonal specials. Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service during busy hours. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all dishes

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
