employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters
Receive, investigate, and resolve employee grievances in a timely and impartial manner
Conduct
fact-finding investigations, disciplinary hearings, and enquiry meetings
Draft and issue
warning letters, show-cause notices, suspension letters, and disciplinary actions
Ensure all grievance handling processes comply with
UAE Labour Law and company policies
Mediate conflicts between employees and management to achieve effective resolutions
Liaise with
MOHRE, legal teams, and PROs
on Labour complaints and disputes
Handle Labour cases, inspections, and documentation as required
Maintain detailed
grievance case files, records, and confidential documentation
Advise management on employee relations risks and preventive measures
Support the development and implementation of
employee relations policies and procedures
Train and guide managers on
disciplinary processes and grievance handling
Analyze grievance trends and prepare reports for senior management
Support employee exit cases involving disputes or disciplinary issues
Promote a positive work environment and strengthen employee trust and engagement
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5-8 years of UAE HR / Employee Relations experience
Strong expertise in
grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and Labour disputes
In-depth knowledge of
UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
Experience coordinating with
government authorities and legal teams
Excellent communication, mediation, and documentation skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
