Job Description

Main responsibilities:

• Manage O&M teams technical and operational tasks and responsibilities.
• Propose and implement performance KPIs for O&M teams
• Propose and implement development plans for O&M teams
• Provide monthly reports including technical performance and actual spending.
• With the O&M Team, perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance with associated budget
• Propose corrective actions for any technical issues in coordination with O&M management and technical support
• Build the O&M team for each project where their scope starts from handover and caries on for operating the project.
• Coordinate with the Development team to assess any commercial arrangement for projects under operations.
• Coordinate with the Development team to assess any technical assumptions for projects under development.
• Following up and coordinating with procurement team the purchases of new materials and supplies.
• Coordinate and perform safety tours with and without HSE manager.
• Coordinate with the O&M management hiring plans for new projects.
• Coordinate annual budgets with O&M Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering.
• Strong leadership skills
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Technical understanding of the Power Distribution Scope technology
• Strong operational management skills to interact with the different teams.
• Strong communication skills to interact with the different internal departments.
• Strong communication skills to maintain strong relationship with clients and developers.
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills while keeping the ability to analyze the wider picture
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Fluent spoken and written English.
