Operational work where you are expected to be in operation most of your working time and must be able and willing to perform all the tasks performed by the department's staff.
Lead and distribute the work as well as scheduling, time reporting, training and education within the department in consultation with the immediate manager.
To constantly work for increased profitability and quality and to reach set targets/additional sales for the department, as well as being a role model.
Develop routines for the department, quality-assure these and ensure that they are followed.

job Requirements:
You have a lot of energy, courage and enthusiasm
You have good computer skills. Previous experience with hotel reservation systems is an advantage but not necessary.
Good knowledge of English both orally and in writing.
Happy to work outside the box and your comfort zone, you like to challenge yourself.
