The

Operations Supervisor

will oversee daily field operations for grease trap cleaning and maintenance services. This role ensures that service schedules are met, equipment and staff are properly managed, and work is performed in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of grease trap cleaning teams. Schedule jobs and assign tasks to drivers, technicians, and helpers. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to client satisfaction. Conduct site inspections and verify service completion and quality. Monitor and maintain vehicle and equipment readiness, including preventive maintenance. Maintain accurate records of service reports, waste disposal manifests, and customer documentation. Train and guide field staff on safety procedures and operational standards. Communicate with clients to schedule services, address concerns, and resolve issues. Coordinate with the operations manager for resource planning and service improvements. Ensure compliance with local environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in grease trap cleaning, waste management, or environmental services within UAE. Proven experience in team supervision and operations coordination. Strong understanding of grease trap systems, suction trucks, and waste disposal procedures. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making skills under time constraints. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, job scheduling tools). Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Working Conditions:

Field-based role with regular site visits. May require work during weekends or after-hours for emergency service calls.
