We are seeking a reliable and hands-on individual to manage grease trap operations for our commercial clients. The ideal candidate will oversee cleaning schedules, ensure compliance with local regulations, and provide timely service and support. This is a field-based and coordination-heavy role, requiring both technical knowledge and strong client handling skills. Key Responsibilities: Schedule, manage, and execute grease trap cleaning and maintenance services. Inspect grease traps and FOG systems at client sites. Ensure proper waste disposal in accordance with environmental regulations. Maintain service logs, reports, and client records. Respond to client queries and service requests professionally. Coordinate with field teams, suppliers, and waste disposal partners. Identify issues (blockages, leaks, odors) and recommend solutions. Ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning.
