- Develop strong relationships with key clients, understand their business objectives, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Accurately assess and understand the specific needs and requirements of key clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, upsell and cross-sell existing clients, and maximize revenue from key accounts.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of real estate products and services to meet client needs and objectives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and advocate for client needs.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma
- 3 to 5 years Proven experience in real estate sales, key account management, or a related field.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot
- Strong ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
