We are seeking a skilled GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and enhance our organization's risk and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures. Conduct risk assessments, compliance audits, and internal control reviews. Support management in regulatory compliance and internal audit requirements. Monitor and report on compliance metrics, incidents, and mitigation plans. Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure risk-aware decision-making. Stay updated with UAE and international regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance roles.
Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or other cybersecurity frameworks. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
