Job Summary:

The Sticker Applicator is responsible for applying graphics, decals, and vinyl stickers to various exhibition surfaces, displays, and structures in a precise and professional manner. This role involves working closely with the design and production teams to ensure that all graphics are applied according to specifications, ensuring high-quality finishes and flawless presentations for exhibitions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply vinyl stickers, decals, and graphics to exhibition displays, signage, walls, and other surfaces according to design specifications. Ensure accurate and smooth application of graphics, avoiding bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections. Work with the production team to receive and interpret graphic designs and installation instructions. Prepare surfaces for sticker application, ensuring cleanliness and proper preparation of materials. Measure and align graphics to ensure precise positioning and uniformity. Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the application process. Assist in the setup and teardown of exhibition displays and signage, ensuring all graphics are correctly installed. Troubleshoot any application issues, such as wrinkles or misalignment, and resolve them effectively. Ensure that all graphic materials are handled carefully to avoid damage before and during application. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during the application process to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor or project manager to ensure timely corrections. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of graphic materials, adhesives, and tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in sticker application, vinyl wrapping, or similar roles, preferably within the exhibition or event industry. Strong attention to detail and ability to execute designs with precision. Ability to work with a variety of materials, including vinyl, adhesive films, and decals. Experience working with large-scale graphics and exhibition displays. Ability to read and follow graphic installation instructions and design layouts. Knowledge of surface preparation techniques to ensure proper adhesion and finish. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with other team members.

Preferred:

Familiarity with the use of graphic design tools or printing equipment. Experience with large-format printing or digital printing technologies. Basic understanding of safety and proper handling of tools and materials.
