Job Description

Ritaj Facility Management is looking for a

talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will create

visually engaging content

that represents our services in cleaning, maintenance, and facility management across digital, print, and social media platforms.As part of a dynamic and professional team, you'll help shape the visual identity of a proudly Qatari company known for quality, innovation, and high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design

visual content for digital platforms

, including social media posts, stories, banners, reels thumbnails, and ads Create

flyers, brochures, service guides, and presentations

for marketing and sales purposes Design branded assets such as

company profiles, signage, uniforms, vehicles, and internal communication materials

Work closely with the marketing and operations team to translate ideas into

clear and creative designs

Ensure all designs are

consistent with the Ritaj brand identity and guidelines

Edit and enhance

photos and videos

for promotional use Stay updated on

design trends

and best practices in the facility management and service industry

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva Understanding of design for

social media, print, and digital marketing

Good eye for typography, layout, and color theory Ability to

manage multiple projects and deadlines

Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic video editing or motion graphic skills is a plus Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

Experience with

branding and identity design

Familiarity with

facility management, cleaning services, or B2B service sectors

Knowledge of

social media trends and formats

(Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn visuals)
